I diagnose with data, then treat with design. Before I open Figma, I need to understand what is actually broken — not what stakeholders assume is broken, but what the data and the people experiencing the product are telling us.
I also build. I write code, ship side projects, and understand what it takes to turn a design into a product — not just a file. The gap between design and engineering is where most good ideas die. I do not let mine die there.
